Quality Living for All

The Northside is our home. It is where we live, grow, and thrive together. As a community, we will work to ensure that all of our residents have access to quality, affordable housing. Simultaneously, we will proudly participate in building and maintaining a litter-free and green environment for all to share. Growing together, we invite organizational partners to join us in creating resource centers that foster ongoing collaboration and innovation.

Community Resource Hubs

Working together, we will support the changes needed to develop sustainable housing options across all income levels and revitalize our community parks. And, we will listen to one another to build neighborhood resource centers that best meet our individual and collective needs.

Making it happen.

We know this will take time. As we work towards our long-term goals, there are immediate and exciting changes for our community to support:

Housing Options

Increase the number of housing options available to residents with low-to-moderate income

Park Renovations

Support the revitalization and ongoing maintenance for our local parks and green spaces

State-of-the-art Resources

Leverage the technology, space, and human resources at CoLab18 for more residents and community organizations

We need each other.

In every community, there is a give and take. Sometimes you are the one offering support and other times you need to receive it. It’s all part of our work together.
