PLACE Pillar Highlight: Rising Tide Partners

Empowering communities to realize their own mixed-income housing vision requires time and expertise in property acquisition. It also requires an approach that prioritizes keeping residents in their neighborhoods. This is where the help of One Northside Place Anchor partner, Rising Tide Partners comes in.

Rising Tide Partners works in partnership with Northside community groups to help them implement their community plans by collectively developing a real estate strategy that preserves affordable housing and allows residents to stay in their neighborhoods. 

In September 2022, Rising Tide Partners established One Northside Homes, to provide dedicated resources to partner with Northside community groups to address City-owned parcels, vacant lots and unsafe housing.
